I think this is the longest i have every went without a reply. I can't be the only person to find this program? For the most part it works fine with only some occaswional weirdness with older HP Laserjet and model printers. Thank you for a reply.

I was getting scared i was the only person using this product. So far TSPrint has worked for us as well. We have a large array of printers. So far TSPrint has solved those issues. Hi, im Using tsprint, and it works great. We used Tricerat in our old citrix enviroment. It was expensive and didn't work all the time. Granted we stopped paying for updates about 4 year ago. The new version may work better. We are considering a scanning solution, but it may not be needed.

We only have a few people that need to scan to a online program. I used to use this software, but it turned out that it is not ready for production environment. Particularly in virtual infrastructure. After moving virtual machine to another host TSPrint stops working and asks for new license key. We are using TS Print in a Windows server r2 terminal server environment.

It is the greatest piece of kit that has solved a huge amount of printer issues. However, an issue has crept in lately.

The paper size defaults to "screen", in properties - advanced, on the TSPrint settings. The effect is that the print is orientated to "Landscape"instead of the required "portrait". It works very well. Some of our clients use Macs and this has caused TSPrint some pains in that nobody wants to pay for the client side driver and there seems to an expectation that it should work with any RDP client.

In answer to the above post my paper size defaults to Letter. Try looking at their Help files on-line or send them a Support Question. Do they make mistakes in their updates - Yes.
